Returns & Refunds
Because every pair is custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds on custom products once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to creating high-quality products and getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Many of our items are custom made-to-order and require additional production time before shipping.
Custom & Pre-Order Items
Custom apparel, spirit wear, personalized items, and pre-order products typically require:
10-21 business days for production and processing
This timeframe does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
If your order contains both in-stock and custom items, your entire order may ship together once all items are complete.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available on select items
Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Pontotoc, Mississippi for eligible orders.
Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification when their order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Pretty Hustle Co., Bless Your Closet, and our custom collections, we take pride in creating high-quality products made specifically for our customers.
Because many of our products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order, we maintain the following policy:
No Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Pre-order products
- Spirit wear and school merchandise
- Sale or clearance items
- Incorrect size selections made by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns for Store Credit
Eligible non-custom items may be returned for store credit only.
To qualify for store credit:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.
Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card or store code to be used toward a future purchase.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit on:
- Custom school apparel
- Personalized products
- Custom logo items
- Made-to-order products
- Pre-order items
Please double-check all personalization details, spelling, sizes, and uploaded logos prior to submitting your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
We will work quickly to make it right.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
